The key to working out anywhere is incorporating movements and exercises that use your own body weight so you never need any equipment. These 5 workouts are perfect for anyone who travels frequently, can’t quite make it to the gym every day, or prefers to exercise at home.

Each series can be completed any number of times until you reach your workout goal or you can do all 5 series in sequence for one longer workout. Some days you may want to focus on legs while others on arms or your core. You can also mix and match these or add some different sets to make your own workouts. Either way, these series are designed to get your heart rate up without breaking out the wallet.

Anywhere Workout Series 1: Legs and More

  • 30-second side plank (each side)
  • 30-second plank
  • 10 lunges each side (20 total)
  • 10 burpees

Anywhere Workout Series 2: Total Body Workout

  • 10 push-ups
  • 30 crunches
  • 10 burpees
  • 30-second plank
  • 10 lunges each side

Anywhere Workout Series 3: Core Workout

  • 1-minute mountain climb
  • 1-minute bicycle crunches
  • 2 minutes jog in place
  • 1-minute bicycle crunches
  • 30 seconds rest and repeat series again

Anywhere Workout Series 4: Cardio Workout

  • 2 minutes jog in place
  • 1 minute high kicks
  • 2 minutes jog in place 30 seconds squat jumps
  • 30 seconds rest and repeat series again

Anywhere Workout Series 5: Total Body Workout

  • 30 seconds jumping jacks
  • 30 seconds wall sit
  • 30 seconds push-ups
  • 30 seconds crunches
